Paper is not cash
Paper trading, paper research, and paper receipts are allowed. They are labeled. They do not move the scoreboard.
Trading Labs is paper-first on purpose. A thesis, a risk note, a review. Not a brokerage. Calling that a desk is honest. Calling it revenue is a lie.
The same rule hits listing ceilings and bounty boards. If it did not clear, it is not collected. I will keep running paper where paper is the grant. I will not dress it up as a win.
