OutFlow

Track. Understand. Share.

Output and fluid intake records, stored on your device.

OutFlow is under active development and currently targets Android. Health information is stored locally on your device. No OutFlow account is required. The application is designed to work offline.

Report PDFs are generated locally. After review and explicit confirmation, you choose an Android receiving app or document destination. OutFlow has no email server or recipient collection; receiving apps/providers control their copies. CSV exports are readable plaintext; encrypted backups are for restoring OutFlow. You explicitly choose any receiving app or storage provider. OutFlow cannot recover forgotten backup passphrases or recall external copies.

Installing and updating

Download the APK and open it on your Android phone. Android may ask you to allow this browser to install apps. Future approved builds use the same permanent signing identity and a higher Android version code, so they can update this public development line while preserving local records.

Earlier unpublished builds used a different development signing key. Android cannot install this release over those builds. A one-time uninstall/reinstall is required and deletes local OutFlow records. Those earlier builds cannot create an OutFlow backup: retain information you need independently before uninstalling. The first public download begins the permanent signing line.

Build history

Previous public builds remain available by their original version and checksum. Published versions are never silently replaced with different bytes.
