Showcase / Labs

What we can actually build.

We don’t just build the website. We can build the tools behind it. Each showcase has a public side (what customers see) and labeled owner tools (what you manage). Fictional businesses. Not customers. Checkout is not live.

Public · Owner tools

2 · Bookings

Kinetic North

What they see: scheduler. What you manage: services, staff, blocked times, appointments. Simulated.

3 · Orders

What they see: catalog and cart. What you manage: products, prices, hours, demo orders. No charge.

Public · Owner tools

4 · Operations software

Dispatchboard

What they see is the work. What you manage: jobs, customers, pipeline, staff load, reporting. Staged demonstration data for a fictional shop.

Build orchestration

Sanitized control panel: status, approvals, run history, safe rules. Not Money Hunter. No secrets.

Personalized previews

One-screen outreach pages for a specific shop, from public facts only. Useful when Chris is about to call. They are not the portfolio and they are not meant to prove everything TheCriners can build. A visual gate applies: generic duplicated stubs are not featured as showcase.

Those prospecting files still exist under /mocks/preview-… for sales use. They are intentionally small. They failed this page’s showcase bar (sparse desktop, repeated layout), so they are not listed here as proof of capability. White’s Bakery remains a rebuild, not a portfolio piece.
