TheCriners Managed Website Service is $99/month with a hard 12-month Initial Term. Website Setup & Launch is $500 once. Your domain and your business content always remain yours.

While TheCriners hosts and maintains your site, TheCriners retains ownership of the website implementation. Monthly service fees actually collected are credited dollar-for-dollar toward the site’s defined build value, currently approximately $5,000. The $500 setup/launch fee is separate earned revenue and does not credit that buyout.

After the Initial Term, you may continue month-to-month. Completing 12 months does not automatically transfer the implementation or source files. If you want those transferred, you may purchase the remaining build balance at any time.

Example: after 10 collected monthly payments of $99, $990 has been credited toward a $5,000 build value, leaving an approximate buyout balance of $4,010. Setup is not in that credit.

If you buy out during the Initial Term, remaining required monthly payments are waived. Buyout ends the managed website service by default and starts the documented source transfer. You may separately elect continued hosting and support under a new hosting/maintenance arrangement.

If you cancel during the Initial Term without a buyout, an early-termination amount of about $500 is due. That amount is not a buyout and does not transfer source files. Hosting of our implementation then ends when the contract allows. Your domain and all business content you supplied remain yours.
